Information we collect
- Booking details such as devotee names, gotra, selected services and order amount.
- Contact details such as WhatsApp number and email address.
- Delivery name, postal address, city, state, postal code and country when Prasad is selected.
- Payment and transaction references returned by PayU. Mandir Vedas does not ask you to provide card PINs, CVVs, UPI PINs or banking passwords.
- Website, device, referrer, campaign and advertising-attribution information, including data collected through Meta Pixel and Microsoft Clarity on public pages.
- Customer-support messages, fulfilment status, approved video links and shipment tracking details.
How we use information
- To calculate the order, process payment and create the correct fulfilment records.
- To provide the priest or fulfilment team with the names and gotra details required for the selected devotional service.
- To send booking, video, email, WhatsApp, Prasad and tracking updates.
- To prevent misuse, investigate payment or fulfilment problems and respond to customer-care requests.
- To understand which public pages and advertising campaigns bring visitors and completed bookings.
Service providers and disclosure
Information is shared only as reasonably required with service providers involved in payment, hosting, analytics, communication, puja fulfilment, video storage and courier delivery. These may include PayU, Sites hosting infrastructure, email and WhatsApp providers, Meta, Microsoft Clarity and the relevant logistics partner.
We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect customers or the service, or during a legitimate business reorganisation. We do not sell devotee names or gotra lists as a standalone product.
Retention, security and your choices
We retain booking and fulfilment information for as long as reasonably needed to deliver the service, maintain transaction records, handle disputes and meet legal or accounting obligations. No online system can be guaranteed completely secure, but access to operational systems is restricted and private customer portals are excluded from search indexing.
You may ask to access, correct or delete personal information, subject to records we must keep for legal, fraud-prevention or transaction purposes. You can also use browser controls to limit cookies or third-party analytics, although some attribution and support features may work differently.
